Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

Add flour, salt, softened butter, and egg. Mix until a soft dough forms.

Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot for 1 hour or until doubled.

Punch down and divide into 12 equal pieces (about 75g each).
